All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or for any reason there will be a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you to let you know. If your order is urgent please contact us for assistance.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Orders are automatically dispatched to the address provided at checkout, please ensure the correct shipping address is supplied. Please provide a physical address for shipping as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Some addresses may have delivery restrictions that are beyond our control or delivery conditions that we are not able to meet. In these situations, we will contact you to come to a mutually agreeable solution.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address, but it may be possible for the courier company to redirect your order. In this situation we will give you all the details you need to contact the courier company directly to discuss your options.

Orders sent within New Zealand are shipped via Courier Post and require a signature as proof of delivery. Within New Zealand we offer flat rate shipping.

Deliveries to rural delivery addresses will usually take one to two days longer than the delivery timeframes given above, as rural deliveries are often handled by a third party.
